SOURCE Integrative Medicine does not contract directly with any insurance companies. However, we are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you are interested in submitting superbills for reimbursement, please call your insurance company and clarify your acupuncture out-of-network benefits,
Our fees for office visits, due at the time of service, are as follows:
Initial 90 minute visit - $165
Follow-up 60 minute visits - $115
The visit fees include the cost of consultation, acupuncture, and herbal formula determination if applicable.
The cost of herbs is separate.
